Is Wellaray legit? Who sells it in New Zealand, and how you pay

Wellaray runs a product site at shop.wellaray.com and a checkout at cart.wellaray.com. Both are the seller's own; the order and payment happen at the second.
A New Zealand buyer is served the same checkout as a US buyer and billed in US dollars, which is why every figure on these pages is written as USD.
