Is Wellaray legit? Who sells it in Canada, and how you pay
A fair question before entering a card number. Here is where the order is taken, what it accepts, and what the seller puts in writing.
Where the order is taken
Wellaray runs a product site at shop.wellaray.com and a checkout at cart.wellaray.com. Both are the seller's own; the order and payment happen at the second.
Canadian buyers are served the same checkout as US buyers and billed in US dollars. Every figure on these pages is written as USD for that reason.

What the seller states in writing
The checkout says it outright: This is one time only order. This is not a subscription. You are charged once, for the packs you chose.
Wellaray publishes its own advisory at the foot of the checkout: if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take regular medication, speak to a physician before using the supplement. We would say the same.
The seller also publishes a disclaimer at the foot of the checkout: its products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and individual results vary.
