Is Wellaray legit? Who sells it in Australia, and how you pay

Where the order is taken
Wellaray runs a product site at shop.wellaray.com and a checkout at cart.wellaray.com. Both are the seller's own. The order and the payment happen at the second one.
An Australian buyer is served the same checkout as a US buyer, and is billed in US dollars, which is why every figure on these pages is written as USD.
